The Garden of Quilts is returning for a second unforgettable year! In partnership with Riley Blake Designs, Thanksgiving Point brings to Utah an outdoor exhibition of hundreds of quilts. Set within the award-winning, 55-acre Ashton Gardens, the exhibition features a juried collection of quilts from artists across the country, as well as rare access to view some stunning private collections--all on display for two days only.
In addition to the exquisite quilt exhibition will be a weekend full of additional opportunities for classes, vendors, shopping, trunk shows, charity service projects, special events—like afternoon tea, and off-site tours—that is sure to make this event one not to be missed.
The Garden of Quilts show is open to food, retail, and informational vendors on Friday September 18th from 9:00am to 7:00pm, and Saturday September 19th, 2020, from 9:00am to 6:00pm. While we do our best to balance the number of vendors in any one category, there may be overlaps in some items and exclusivity is not promised nor to be expected. We are committed to keeping the selection of vendors interesting and fresh and are always interested in new vendors. Participation in any previous event or festival at Thanksgiving Point does not guarantee acceptance. All vendors are subject to planning committee approval. Odds of approval are based on number of applicants and relevancy of what the vendor participation adds to the event. Official acceptance status will be announced by July 27th, 2020 via email.
The Garden of Quilts is an outdoor event. The Show market will be located within the Ashton Gardens. Due the logistics of the event, vendors will be shuttled in/out daily to their spot. A standard retail vendor space is 10’ x 10’ space with a limited number of double and triple spaces available at an additional cost. Retail spaces will be located within a larger tent near the creek and other festival tents inside the gardens. Placement preference will not be allowed. Thanksgiving Point will provide each retail vendor with (1) 8’x2.5’ banquet table, (1) table linen, and (2) chairs if requested. Food vendors will be located at the waterfall amphitheater.
