It is the general policy of Thanksgiving Point not to issue refunds or exchanges for tickets. All sales are final.
If your tickets have not been redeemed, the following exceptions to this policy may apply. All exceptions are subject to verification before action can be taken.
1) If your credit card was accidentally charged twice for the same tickets, we will refund the full amount of the duplicate ticket purchase.
2) If an error in our system causes you to purchase the wrong tickets, we will refund the full amount of your ticket purchase.
3) If you purchased tickets and your seats were not available for your event when you arrived, we will exchange your tickets for other tickets of equal value.
NOTE: This exception may apply even if you redeemed your tickets, up to 10 minutes prior to the published start time of your event.
4) If the event you purchased tickets for is cancelled entirely, we will exchange your tickets for other tickets of equal value. This exception does not apply if your event has been rescheduled for a later date.
