YOUR OASIS IN THE DESERT

As an oasis in the desert, the Ashton Gardens features 55-acres of stately gardens, grand lawns, as well as the largest manmade waterfall in the Western Hemisphere. Come rejuvenate yourself and enjoy nature’s beauty in these secluded gardens. Stroll through the 15 themed gardens to enjoy the cascading fountains in the Italian Gardens, visit the I Am The Light Of The World sculpture garden, get a bird’s eye view of the gardens from the Vista Garden, feed the fish at Koi View Pier, and discover the Secret Garden. You can even rent golf carts or Segways for another way to “stroll” through the gardens.

Trellis Café

Se ubique en el Centro de Visitantes de los Jardines de Ashton, la Trellis Café contiene comida rica con un ambiente fresca. Un destino popular para la comida, la Trellis Café esta abierto durante la temporada de los jardines. Durante ese tiempo puede encontrar los más hermosos muebles de comedores en el patio acompañado con una presentación increíbles de tortas.

La tienda de los jardines

Encontrar dulces y recuerdos en la Tienda de los Jardines ubicado en el Centro de Visitantes de los Jardines de Ashton. La tienda se ofrece mercancías como tarjetas postales, playeras, suéteres, dulces y bebidas para llevar consigo en los jardines. También tenemos bloqueador si no lo llevó consigo.

  • Golf carts are available to rent in advance online or in-person. Advance reservations are subject to an additional fee, but in-person rentals are subject to availability. 
  • Segway rentals are only available in-person. ID required. $40 per hour. 
  • Electric Scooters and wheelchairs are also available to rent.
  • No rentals are available 90 minutes prior to closing.

Be inspired and discover a new favorite on our guided tree walk tour. Led by our garden docents, these tours are designed to showcase trees that can be incorporated into the Utah landscape. Tours leave from the back patio and are included with regular venue admission.

During that time, you'll find some of the most stunning patio dining available, accompanied by an artful array of sandwiches.

GARDEN OF QUILTS

You are invited to an event like none other. In partnership with Riley Blake Designs, Thanksgiving Point is bringing to Utah an outdoor exhibition of well over a thousand quilts. Set within the award-winning, 55-acre Ashton Gardens, the exhibition will feature a juried collection of quilts from artists across the country, as well as rare access to view some stunning private collections--all on display for three days only.

In addition to the exquisite quilt exhibition will be a weekend full of additional opportunities for classes, vendors, shopping, trunk shows, charity service projects, special events—like afternoon tea, and off-site tours—that is sure to make this event one not to be missed.

THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD GARDEN

The Light of the World garden is a two-and-a-half acre garden inside the Ashton Gardens with artwork and themed landscaping donated by the I Am the Light of the World Foundation. Created by Utah artist Angela Johnson, the garden includes a total of 15 scenes and 35 statues, with 14 scenes from the New Testament and one LDS Church-inspired scene depicting Joseph Smith’s First Vision. The sculpture garden offers guests a walk through the life and miracles of Jesus Christ and a space for quiet reflection.
